Ginger Christ
InstructorGinger took her first indoor cycling class in 2018 and fell in love with it soon after — after she got over the strange sensation of clipping herself onto a bike in a dark room and hoping she wouldn’t fall off. Note: It is very hard to fall off; you’re safe! Indoor cycling changed what exercising meant to her. With its loud beats, supportive community and choreography, spinning showed her working out can be fun. She hopes to help others feel strong and confident on a bike and off and to be fueled by the energy of a spin class. Outside of the studio, Ginger can be found singing karaoke, walking her cats on a leash, reading (hopefully) good books, trying a new group fitness class or exploring a new hiking trail. She supports her cats’ treat obsession by working as a journalist.
